Objective

Demonstrate that the ecosystem can be recovered, not merely backed up.

Deliverables

Restore the Forgejo repository, wiki, issues, releases/LFS where present, metadata catalog, one upstream mirror, and one baseline into an isolated destination.
Verify checksums, Git fsck, permissions, and wiki navigation.
Repeat the selected baseline smoke test.
Record duration, failures, and corrective work.

Acceptance

A dated restore report links commands, inventories, results, and follow-up issues. The drill does not overwrite production data.
