Objective

Replace the generic Sapphire client requirement with tested server revision → data-version relationships.

Deliverables

Full server commit and expected data version.
Client snapshot ID, ffxivgame.ver value, SqPack manifest hash, and access class.
Build/database revision and observed login/world milestone.
Failed combinations retained as negative evidence.

Acceptance

The compatibility matrix contains evidence-backed Sapphire rows and safe-start behavior is covered by a reproducible test.
