Objective

Make the Project Meteor source/build/runtime path reproducible without relying on disappearing distro packages or client-derived files that exist only on one machine.

Deliverables

  • Pinned server commit and complete mirror.
  • Mono/.NET, PHP, MariaDB, compiler, and web-login dependency inventory.
  • Provenance and hashes for required client-derived script assets.
  • Isolated build/runtime recipe and smoke-test definition.

Acceptance

A clean environment can build the three server executables and reaches the documented pre-client milestone using only preserved/public-safe inputs plus explicitly named restricted artifacts.
